The TOP226Y is a highly integrated offline switcher IC that provides high efficiency, low standby power consumption, and excellent load regulation in a small form factor. It is designed for use in a wide range of applications, including LED drivers, standby power supplies, and auxiliary power supplies.The TOP226Y features a built-in 700V power MOSFET, which eliminates the need for an external high-voltage regulator transistor, reducing the overall component count and cost of the system. It also includes a built-in soft-start function that minimizes stress on the input power supply during startup, prolonging the system's lifespan.The IC operates in a variable frequency mode to optimize efficiency across the entire load range, delivering up to 75% efficiency in typical applications. It also includes overvoltage and overcurrent protection functions to ensure the safety and reliability of the system.In terms of electrical specifications, the TOP226Y has a maximum operating voltage of 260V, a maximum switching frequency of 132kHz, and a maximum output power of 8W. It is available in a compact 7-pin SDIP package, making it easy to integrate into a wide range of power supply designs
