The TXS0102DCUT is a 2-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator for open-drain and push-pull applications. It is a non-inverting translator that can be used to establish digital switching compatibility between mixed-voltage systems. The device uses two separate configurable power-supply rails, with the A ports supporting operating voltages from 1.65 V to 3.6 V and the B ports supporting operating voltages from 2.3 V to 5.5 V. The TXS0102DCUT supports bidirectional translation capabilities between various voltage nodes such as 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V. It features a no direction-control signal needed, maximum data rates of 24 Mbps (push-pull) and 2 Mbps (open drain), and VCC isolation feature where if either VCC input is at GND, both ports are in the High-Impedance state. The device also supports no power-supply sequencing required, Ioff for partial-power-down mode operation, and has high ESD protection levels. The TXS0102DCUT comes in the DCU (VSSOP, 8) package with a body size of 2.30 mm x 2.00 mm.
