TOP233PN is a highly integrated AC-DC power supply switcher IC designed for non-isolated flyback power supplies. It comes in a compact through-hole package with 7 pins and is suitable for applications like LED lighting, low power offline flyback converters, and auxiliary power supplies. The TOP233PN features a built-in 700V power BJT and a multi-mode PWM controller that allows for efficient and versatile operation. It operates from a wide input voltage range of 85V to 265V AC and provides an output power of up to 20W. The device includes various protection features like overvoltage protection, overload protection, thermal shutdown, and overcurrent protection, making it reliable and robust for various applications.With a built-in frequency jittering circuit, TOP233PN helps to reduce EMI emissions, making it compliant with EMC requirements.
