TSV912IDT General Description
The TSV912IDT is a low-power, rail-to-rail operational amplifier with a typical supply current of 20µA per channel. It has a wide input voltage range of 200mV beyond the supply rails and a slew rate of 3V/µs. The TSV912IDT also features a low offset voltage of 300µV and low input bias current of 5pA, making it suitable for precision applications. This operational amplifier has a unity gain bandwidth of 1MHz and a voltage noise density of 30nV/√Hz. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for a variety of industrial and automotive applications.
