The TPS82130SILT is a high efficiency, 4.5V to 17V input, 3A step-down converter in a 16-pin QFN package. It is designed for high power density applications with tight space constraints, such as industrial and automotive systems. The device features an adjustable output voltage range from 0.8V to 6V, with a switching frequency range of 200 kHz to 2.2MHz.The TPS82130SILT offers excellent load transient performance and output voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating conditions. It also incorporates various protection features, including thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection, to ensure safe and reliable operation.Additional features include a power good indicator, soft-start functionality, and a low-power shutdown mode to help conserve energy when the converter is not in use.
