TPS61020DRCR General Description
The TPS61020DRCR is a step-up DC/DC converter from Texas Instruments designed for portable applications where low quiescent current and high efficiency are critical. It features a wide input voltage range of 0.9V to 5.5V and can deliver an output voltage up to 5.5V. The converter operates at a fixed frequency of 1.2MHz, allowing for smaller external components and reducing the overall size of the solution.The TPS61020DRCR has a built-in soft-start function to minimize inrush current during startup, which helps protect the components and extend the battery life.
