TPS54334DRCR General Description
The TPS54334DRCR is a step-down buck DC/DC converter integrated circuit (IC) designed by Texas Instruments. It is a highly efficient converter with an input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V and an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to 24V. The device has a fixed switching frequency of 500kHz and can deliver a maximum output current of 3A.The TPS54334DRCR features a pulse-width modulation (PWM) control mode for fast transient response and voltage mode control for internal compensation. It also includes a voltage feed-forward function that helps to improve load transient response. The IC has multiple protection features such as overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, undervoltage lockout, and overvoltage protection.The device comes in a small 10-pin SON package with a thermal pad for improved thermal performance. It is suitable for a wide range of applications including point-of-load regulation, industrial automation, telecommunications, and automotive electronics
