TPS51123RGER General Description
The TPS51123RGER is a voltage-controlled synchronous buck converter IC designed for use in notebook computers, tablet PCs, and other portable devices where efficiency and small form factor are critical. This device features an input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V and can provide an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to 96% of the input voltage. The TPS51123RGER includes a high-performance pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller with integrated gate drivers to optimize efficiency and minimize external components. It also features integrated overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout to ensure safe operation under a variety of load conditions. The compact 20-pin VQFN package and minimal external components make the TPS51123RGER a cost-effective and space-efficient solution for a wide range of power management applications
