The TLP185(SE) is a high-speed and high-current transfer gate optically coupled isolator. It consists of a GaAlAs infrared LED optically coupled to a photo-mos relay, which is composed of a photo-sensitive MOSFET and a photodiode. The TLP185(SE) operates with a high-speed switching time of 0.5 ms and can handle a maximum peak current of 1.5 A. It has a minimum isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms and a maximum trigger current of 2 mA. This isolator provides high noise immunity and low power consumption, making it ideal for applications such as industrial automation, power supply control, and signal isolation in noisy environments. The TLP185(SE) comes in a compact 4-pin SOP package and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 110°C. It is RoHS compliant and meets various safety standards such as UL, CSA, and VDE
