TLE4270 General Description
The TLE4270 is a low-dropout voltage regulator manufactured by Infineon Technologies. It is a high-performance device capable of supplying up to 400 mA of current with a very low dropout voltage of only 210 mV at full load. This voltage regulator has a wide input voltage range of 5.5V to 40V, making it suitable for a variety of applications. It also has excellent line and load regulation, ensuring a stable output voltage even under varying input and output conditions. The TLE4270 features overtemperature and overcurrent protection, safeguarding the device and the circuit from damage.
