The TK10A60D is a silicon N-channel MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor) designed for high-speed switching applications. It has a maximum drain-source voltage (Vds) of 600V and a continuous drain current (Id) rating of 10A, making it suitable for a wide range of power management applications.The TK10A60D features a low on-state resistance (Rds(on)) of 0.75 ohms, which results in reduced power dissipation and improved efficiency. This makes it ideal for use in power supply units, motor drives, and other demanding applications where high performance is required.The MOSFET is housed in a TO-220F package, which provides good thermal performance and allows for easy mounting on a printed circuit board.
