TDA5230 General Description

TDA5230 is a highly integrated system-on-chip (SoC) designed for use in wireless sensor networks and industrial applications. It incorporates a low-power RF transceiver, a microcontroller, and various peripherals on a single chip, reducing the need for external components and lowering overall system cost.The RF transceiver in TDA5230 operates in the 2.4 GHz ISM band and supports multiple modulation formats, including O-QPSK and FSK. It has a programmable output power level of up to 0 dBm and a sensitivity of -96 dBm, allowing for reliable communication over long distances.The microcontroller in TDA5230 is based on an ARM Cortex-M0 core and includes 64 KB of flash memory and 4 KB of RAM.
