TDA4863-2 General Description
The TDA4863-2 is a monolithic power supply controller designed for use in small switch mode power supplies. It is capable of efficiently driving power MOSFETs to regulate the output voltage of the power supply. The device features a start-up circuit, a reference voltage source, an oscillator, a PWM circuit, and a feedback amplifier all integrated into a single chip.The TDA4863-2 allows for the regulation of output voltages up to 35V while operating with a wide input voltage range of 11V to 40V.
