The SX9500IULTRT is a high-performance, ultra-low power, 3D Hall-effect sensor from TDK Corporation. It is designed for use in applications that require accurate position sensing with minimal power consumption. The sensor features a 12-bit resolution, providing precise measurement capabilities in a compact package.The SX9500IULTRT operates on a supply voltage ranging from 1.71V to 1.98V, making it ideal for battery-powered devices. It consumes only 7µA of current in measurement mode and 0.31µA in power-down mode, maximizing energy efficiency.
