STM812SW16F General Description
The STM812SW16F is a highly reliable MPU high reset component with a threshold voltage of 2.93V. It features active-high reset type and operates within a supply voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V. With a low supply current of 7µA, this device offers a delay time of 210ms and is available in a compact SOT-143 package with 4 pins. Operating efficiently in a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, it does not contain any SVHC substances. The STM812SW16F is designed with the latest technology, providing active low push-pull features for microprocessor support and ensuring a power dissipation of 320mW. The output current max is 20mA, and the device has a turn-on threshold voltage of 2.93V. Suitable for various applications, this reset circuit offers exceptional performance and reliability
