The SNJ54LS244J is a octal buffer and line driver with 3-state outputs. It features eight buffers with tri-state outputs that are capable of driving larger loads compared to standard logic gates. The device operates on a supply voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V and is compatible with TTL logic levels.The SNJ54LS244J is designed to be used in various digital electronic applications such as bus driver, memory driver, and clock drivers. It is housed in a 20-pin ceramic dual in-line package (CDIP) and has an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.The device has a high input impedance and balanced propagation delays for all inputs. It also has output capability of driving 15 LSTTL loads. The 3-state outputs allow for bus-oriented applications and enable multiple devices to share the same bus without interference.
