AON6426 General Description

AON6426 is an N-channel MOSFET transistor manufactured by Alpha and Omega Semiconductor. It is designed for use in high efficiency synchronous buck converter applications in various consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial devices. The AON6426 features a low on-resistance of 12 milliohms to minimize power loss and increase efficiency. It has a maximum drain-source voltage rating of 30 volts and a continuous drain current of 37.5 amps, making it suitable for medium to high power applications. This MOSFET transistor has a compact DFN5x6 package with a footprint of 10.6 mm², making it ideal for space-constrained designs.
