QPC1022TR7 is a low-noise, high-linearity, wideband RF amplifier IC (integrated circuit) designed for use in a variety of communication applications. It operates over a frequency range of 0.05 GHz to 6 GHz, making it suitable for a wide range of wireless communication systems, including cellular, Wi-Fi, and other RF applications.The QPC1022TR7 features a high gain of 21 dB and a low noise figure of 2.3 dB, making it ideal for applications where signal integrity and sensitivity are vital. Its high-linearity performance, with an output 1 dB compression point of 22 dBm, ensures minimal distortion even at high input power levels.This amplifier IC is housed in a small 2x2 mm QFN package, making it easy to integrate into compact designs.
