PS2801-4-F3-A is a high-speed 4-channel optical isolator manufactured by CEL. It is designed to transfer signals between circuits with different voltage potentials while providing high isolation voltage (5000Vrms) and high-speed data transmission (10Mbps). The device is housed in a 16-pin DIP package and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.PS2801-4-F3-A features an open collector output with built-in input resistor and Schottky diodes for protection against reverse currents. The isolator has a high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 500:1 and a low input current of 5mA, making it suitable for applications in industrial automation, motor control, and power supply circuits.
