The PCF85063TP/1Z is a highly accurate Real-Time Clock (RTC) with an integrated temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) that provides precise timekeeping in various applications. This device is part of the PCF85063 family of RTCs from NXP Semiconductors.The PCF85063TP/1Z offers a wide operating voltage range from 1.1V to 5.5V, making it suitable for a variety of battery-powered and low-power applications. It consumes very low power, with a current consumption of only 0.22µA in standby mode, making it ideal for mobile and IoT devices.This RTC supports a 24-hour and 12-hour format, along with a programmable square wave output.
