The NL17SZ14 MiniGate is a single Inverter,with Schmitt operating from 1.65-5.5 V, available in either the very popular SC74a/SC88a/UDFN6/SOT-353 package or the tiny 1.6 X 1.6 X .6 mm SOT553 package.
