This converter is designed for space-constrained applications where high power density and efficiency are critical.The device operates over a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 24 V, making it suitable for various applications including industrial, automotive, and telecom systems. It provides an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8 V to 12 V with a high efficiency of up to 95%.Additionally, BTS500851TMAATMA1 features a fixed switching frequency of 1.2 MHz, enabling the use of small external components and reducing the overall solution size.
