The MPM3683GQN-7 is a high-efficiency, synchronous, step-down DC/DC converter module with an input voltage range of 2.75V to 4V and an output voltage range of 0.6V to VIN. It is capable of delivering up to 3A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation. This module features a fixed frequency operation at 6MHz, allowing for a compact solution size with small external components. The integrated power MOSFETs provide high efficiency up to 95%, reducing power dissipation and improving overall system performance.The MPM3683GQN-7 also includes protection features such as overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO) to ensure safe and reliable operation in various applications. The module has a small 3mm x 3mm QFN package, making it ideal for space-constrained designs in applications such as portable electronics, industrial equipment, and networking devices. The converter operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for a range of operating environments.
