The MP9457GF is a high efficiency, monolithic synchronous buck converter designed for applications such as point-of-load regulation and general purpose DC-DC conversion. It operates over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 75V and provides a regulated output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 60V. The device is capable of delivering up to 10A of output current with a peak efficiency of 96%.The MP9457GF features a fully integrated design with internal power MOSFETs, inductor, and compensation network, reducing external component count and saving board space. It also includes programmable soft-start, power good signal, and overcurrent protection for enhanced system reliability.This buck converter offers a fixed switching frequency of 100kHz to 1MHz, allowing for optimization of efficiency and component size. The device is housed in a compact 36-pin QFN package for easy integration into various applications.
