The LTC6655BHMS8-5#PBF is a precision 16-bit voltage reference from Linear Technology. It features a high accuracy of ±0.05% and low noise of 4.8ppm P-P, making it ideal for precision applications. The reference voltage output is 5V and it operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. This voltage reference comes in a small 8-lead MSOP package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. It has a low dropout voltage of 350mV at 5mA load current, ensuring efficient operation in a variety of power supply designs.
