The LSF0102DQE is a 2-channel auto-bidirectional multi-voltage level translator designed for open-drain and push-pull applications. It supports bidirectional voltage translation without the need for a direction pin, which simplifies system design. The device can translate between various voltage levels, including 0.95V, 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V. It has a low standby current and is capable of tolerating up to 5V on its I/O ports, making it compatible with TTL levels in industrial and telecom applications. The LSF0102DQE has high-impedance I/O pins when the enable pin is low and offers a flow-through pinout for easy PCB trace routing. Additionally, it has a latch-up performance of over 100mA per JESD 17 and operates in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
