LNK302DN-TL General Description
The LNK302DN-TL is a low-standby power, energy-efficient off-line switcher IC manufactured by Power Integrations. It is part of the LinkSwitch-XT family of highly integrated power conversion devices. The IC features an integrated 750 V power MOSFET, a multi-mode Quasi-Resonant (QR) switching controller, a high-voltage current source, cycle-by-cycle current limit, frequency jittering, and a thermal shutdown function for added safety and reliability.The LNK302DN-TL is designed for non-isolated, buck and buck-boost power supply applications such as LED lighting, appliances, USB chargers, and industrial controls. It operates at a wide input voltage range of 85 VAC to 265 VAC, making it suitable for use in universal input voltage applications.
