LMZM33606RLXR is a high-efficiency, step-down voltage regulator from Texas Instruments. It is a part of the SIMPLE SWITCHER® power module family and is designed to accept an input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V and deliver a fixed output voltage of 3.3V with a maximum output current of 6A.This power module features a compact size with integrated power MOSFETs, inductors, and passives, making it suitable for space-constrained applications where PCB area is limited. The LMZM33606RLXR also offers excellent thermal performance and high efficiency, providing a reliable power solution for industrial, automotive, and communication applications.Additional features of the LMZM33606RLXR include overcurrent and overtemperature protection, adjustable soft start, and a fixed switching frequency of 550kHz. The module is available in a compact, thermally-enhanced QFM package, making it easy to design into a variety of systems.
