LM339DT is a quad differential comparator integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It features four independent voltage comparators that are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. The supply voltage can range from 2V to 36V, making the LM339DT suitable for a variety of applications.Each comparator in the LM339DT has a differential input voltage range that extends from the negative supply voltage to within 1.3V of the positive supply voltage.
