The LCMXO2-640HC-4TG100C is a low-power, small form factor Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) from Lattice Semiconductor. It is a part of the MachXO2 family of devices and features 640 LUTs (Look-Up Tables), 8,192 logic elements, and up to 81 user I/Os. This FPGA operates at a low voltage of 1.2V and has a total of 232 Kbits of embedded Block RAM for storing configuration data and other information. It also includes flexible configuration options such as JTAG, SPI, and I2C for easy programming.The LCMXO2-640HC-4TG100C is designed for applications that require low power consumption and high performance in a compact package.
