The KSZ8851SNL is a highly-integrated Ethernet controller with an SPI interface. It is designed for embedded applications requiring high performance, low power consumption, and a small footprint. The controller supports 10/100Mbps Ethernet MAC with a MII/RMII interface, making it compatible with a wide range of microcontrollers and processors.The KSZ8851SNL features support for IPv4 and IPv6, QoS, VLAN tagging, and TCP/UDP/IP checksum offload. It also includes built-in 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet physical layer transceiver, eliminating the need for external components.The controller can operate from a single 3.3V power supply and has a low power consumption of less than 200mW in full operation. It also has built-in power management features to further reduce power consumption during idle states.
