IXDD614YI General Description
IXDD614YI is a dual 4A MOSFET driver integrated circuit designed by Renesas Electronics. It is specifically optimized for high-speed, high frequency switching applications such as motor control, power supplies, and Class D amplifiers. The IXDD614YI features two high current outputs capable of sourcing and sinking up to 4A of peak current, making it suitable for driving a wide range of MOSFETs and IGBTs.This driver IC operates from a single 3V to 9V power supply, making it compatible with a variety of digital and analog systems. It also has an internal 15 kΩ pull-down resistor on the MOSFET gate driver outputs to ensure a controlled turn-off in high-speed applications.
