The IS25LP128-JBLE is a high-performance, low-power serial flash memory chip produced by ISSI (Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc.). It has a storage capacity of 128 megabits (16 megabytes) and operates on a single power supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V.This flash memory chip features a Quad SPI interface with a clock frequency of up to 133MHz, allowing for fast read and write speeds.
