The IS25LP064A-JBLE is a 64Mb (8MB) Serial Flash Memory from ISSI (Integrated Silicon Solution Inc.). It features a high-performance Quad-SPI interface with clock speeds of up to 133MHz and a maximum data transfer rate of 533MB/s. The memory is organized into 512 sectors of 64KB each, making it ideal for a wide range of applications, including automotive, industrial, networking, and consumer electronics.The IS25LP064A-JBLE operates on a single 1.65V to 1.95V power supply and has a low standby current of less than 10μA, making it suitable for low-power applications. It also features a deep power-down mode that further reduces power consumption when the device is not in use.
