The IRFP044 is a power MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) with a voltage rating of 60V and a continuous drain current rating of 55A. It has a low on-state resistance of 0.022 ohms, which allows for efficient power switching applications. The IRFP044 is designed for use in high-power amplifiers, motor controls, and power supplies.The gate-source voltage for the IRFP044 ranges from ±20V, allowing for a wide range of control voltages.
