IR2110STRPBF General Description
The IR2110STRPBF is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver integrated circuit. It is designed to drive both high and low side power transistors in applications such as motor control, inverters, and power supplies. The IR2110STRPBF features a floating high-side driver, output in-phase with the input, which allows for easy integration into half-bridge and full-bridge topologies. It also has an undervoltage lockout for both the high and low side drivers to prevent malfunction at low input voltage levels.This IC has an operational voltage range of 10V to 20V, making it suitable for a wide variety of power applications. It has a peak output current of 2A and can withstand a maximum voltage of 600V. The IR2110STRPBF also features high resolution PWM control with a dead time insertion for minimizing shoot-through current in half-bridge configurations. Additionally, it has an internal linear regulator for providing stable operation over a wide range of input voltages
