The HIP4082IBZ is a high frequency, medium voltage, H-Bridge driver IC (Integrated Circuit) designed for controlling the speed and direction of DC motors. It incorporates all the features required for a complete, compact H-Bridge drive circuit and is ideal for driving MOSFETs in various motor control applications. The HIP4082IBZ can operate at voltages up to 80V and has a peak output current of 2A.This IC features independent high and low side drivers, a wide input supply range of 10V to 80V, a high PWM frequency up to 500 kHz, and a programmable dead time for shoot-through prevention.
