NUD3124LT1G General Description
The NUD3124LT1G is a PowerTrench® N-channel depletion mode MOSFET designed for high efficiency DC-DC converters and load switch applications. It has a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V and a continuous drain current of 7A.This MOSFET features low on-resistance of 27mΩ at 4.5V gate drive, which helps to minimize conduction losses and improve overall system efficiency. It also has a low threshold voltage of -1.0V, making it suitable for depletion mode operation.The NUD3124LT1G is housed in a compact DPAK package, which provides good thermal performance and allows for easy mounting on PCBs. It is RoHS-compliant and has a lead-free finish, making it environmentally friendly.
