The FQA11N90 is a Power MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor) with a voltage rating of 900V and a continuous drain current of 11A. It features a low on-resistance (RDS(on)) of 0.66 ohms which allows for efficient power handling and reduced power losses.
