EN6347QI General Description

The EN6347QI is a synchronous buck converter module designed for high efficiency and power density applications. It has an input voltage range of 4.5V to 14V and provides an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V with a maximum output current of 15A.This module features an integrated inductor and FETs to reduce external component count and simplify the design process. It also includes a PMBus interface for monitoring, configuration, and control of the converter's parameters.The EN6347QI offers high efficiency of up to 95% and delivers a continuous output current with excellent thermal performance.
