The D3SBA20 is a Schottky barrier diode with a maximum forward current of 3A and a reverse voltage of 20V. It has a low forward voltage drop of 0.5V at a forward current of 1A. This diode is housed in the SMA package, which is a surface-mount package with two separate anodes for dual configuration.
