The BGS13SN8E6327XTSA1 is a general-purpose, high-performance, high-power silicon-on-insulator (SOI) SPDT switch designed for use in a wide range of wireless applications. It operates in the frequency range of 0.1 GHz to 6 GHz and is capable of handling up to 20 dBm of power at the input.This switch offers a low insertion loss of 0.8 dB and a high isolation of 27 dB, making it suitable for use in high-performance RF systems where signal integrity is critical. It also features a fast switching time of 50 ns, allowing for quick and efficient signal routing.The BGS13SN8E6327XTSA1 comes in a compact 6-pin 2x2 mm TSLP-6-1 package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
