The AP7361-33E-13 is a low dropout linear regulator manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It operates with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 6.0V and provides a fixed output voltage of 3.3V. With a dropout voltage as low as 350mV at 150mA load, it ensures efficient regulation even when the input voltage approaches the output voltage. The regulator is capable of delivering a maximum output current of 150mA. It features a built-in thermal shutdown function to prevent overheating and has a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, ensuring reliable performance across various operating conditions.
