AOZ1280CI General Description

The AOZ1280CI is a power management IC (PMIC) produced by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. It is designed for use in various applications such as notebooks, tablets, and other portable devices. The IC features a high-efficiency, synchronous buck converter with integrated power switches capable of delivering up to 3A output current. It operates at a switching frequency of up to 2.1MHz, allowing for smaller external components and efficient power delivery. Additional features of the AOZ1280CI include a wide input voltage range from 4.75V to 18V, over-temperature protection, and over-current protection.
