AON6366E General Description

The AON6366E is a high-performance dual N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFETs designed for DC-DC converters in portable and desktop power supplies. This dual MOSFET offers low on-resistance, high current carrying capability, and fast switching speed, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including synchronous buck converters, battery chargers, and motor control.The AON6366E has two MOSFETs in a single package, with each MOSFET rated for a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V and continuous drain current of 10A. The MOSFETs feature a low on-resistance of 6.5mΩ at Vgs of 10V, ensuring efficient power conversion and low power dissipation. The gate-source voltage of ±20V allows for easy interfacing with standard control ICs.Additionally, the AON6366E is housed in a compact and thermally efficient SO-8 package, enabling high power density designs in space-constrained applications. The MOSFETs are designed to operate over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, ensuring reliable performance in harsh operating conditions.
