The ADM691AR is a microprocessor supervisory circuit with manual reset input and watchdog timer. It is produced by Analog Devices and is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package. The device is designed to monitor the power supply voltage of a microprocessor or other digital system and assert a reset signal if the voltage falls below a specified threshold.The ADM691AR features an adjustable reset timeout period which can be set using an external capacitor.
