AD1674BD General Description

The AD1674BD is a High Precision, High Speed BiFET Op Amp. It is a monolithic, precision, high-speed operational amplifier built using Analog Devices' complementary bipolar (BiFET) process. The AD1674BD combines the fast settling time of a BiFET input stage with a precision DC-coupled operational amplifier. It offers a wide bandwidth of 15 MHz and a fast settling time of just 300 ns to 0.01%. The op amp also has low offset voltage of 125 µV, low input bias current of 10 nA, and low input voltage noise of 5 nV/√Hz.The AD1674BD operates on a wide supply voltage range of ±2.25V to ±18V, making it suitable for a variety of precision applications. It is housed in an 8-lead SOIC package and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The high precision and high speed capabilities of the AD1674BD make it ideal for applications such as data acquisition systems, instrumentation, medical instruments, and precision filters
