The 2SC4304 is a high-voltage, high-speed switching NPN transistor designed for use in various applications, including power amplifiers, switching circuits, and voltage regulators. It has a maximum collector-to-emitter voltage of 800V and a maximum collector current of 15A, making it suitable for high-power applications.This transistor has a high current gain (hfe) of minimum 8 at 10A, ensuring efficient operation in amplification circuits. It also has a low saturation voltage of 1.5V at 10A, reducing power dissipation and heat generation during operation.The 2SC4304 is housed in a TO-220F package, which provides excellent thermal conduction and high power dissipation capabilities. This package also allows for easy mounting on a heatsink for improved heat dissipation.The maximum operating temperature of the 2SC4304 is 150°C, ensuring stability and reliability in extreme operating conditions. It also has a low input capacitance of 800pF, enabling high-speed switching performance.
