The TPS65130RGET is a compact, high-efficiency dual output power supply integrated circuit designed for LCD display applications. It is a step-up and inverting DC-DC converter with a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. This IC features an integrated boost converter that provides a positive output voltage and an integrated charge pump inverter that generates a negative output voltage.The TPS65130RGET can deliver output currents up to 100mA for each output, making it suitable for driving small and medium-sized LCD panels. The device also includes under-voltage lockout, thermal shutdown, and over-current protection features to ensure reliable operation and prevent damage to the system.This power supply IC comes in a small 24-pin VQFN package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
