TPS63805YFFR General Description
The TPS63805YFFR is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with a wide input voltage range of 1.5V to 6V and an output voltage as low as 0.6V. It is designed for portable and battery-powered applications where maximizing efficiency and prolonging battery life are critical.This converter can deliver up to 5A of output current with an adjustable switching frequency ranging from 500kHz to 2.2MHz. It also features a low quiescent current of 30μA in power-save mode, making it suitable for energy-sensitive designs.The TPS63805YFFR offers excellent transient response and load regulation, making it ideal for applications where quick and accurate voltage regulation is required.
